Charles Kindel, Microsoft veteran and EX-GM of Windows Phone, recently gave a talk at ThinkSpace on The Future of Mobility. Kindel says that the future is in the “Experience”, which he defines as “a cohesive combination of people, devices, services, brands, channels and content that all work together overtime to create some value” for the consumer.
